The guest room had a good shower, a Nespresso, and a fridge. The location of the hotel was great and magnificent, as it was in close proximity to many amenities.3. It was only a 5-minute walk to the centre of Bilbao, the train station, the Guggenheim Museum, and the Casco Viejo.4. We enjoyed the brunch at Mosela, which was conveniently located nearby.

parking for what they charge per night should at least be included in the price, everything is blue zone. worst of all the noise at night in the room, it seems that they are taking a shower in it, pipes are sounding a lot and two days we stayed we didn't sleep a single night. Breakfast is not included and it is quite expensive, that is why we chose not to have breakfast in the hotel. quite old-fashioned as far as bathing is concerned. hotel in general seemed much more modern from the reception than it really is. Excessively expensive for the services it offers and comfort it provides. It looks more like a boarding house than a hotel. for a couple of nights it is not bad but it disappoints the price as I said before for what it is. does not have a lift. reception desk was not informed about the areas to visit in Bilbao, is always appreciated.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The price was reasonable. Parking was convenient. The location was perfect for a visit to the Guggenheim.

The room was small. There was a lot of noise from the courtyard below.

The breakfast spot was nice with yummy food. 🍳 The room had everything we needed like heat, a desk for work, and a big TV with lots of channels. Great to be right in the heart of things!

Good value hotel for seeing the city

nice staff, full facilities, nice location (but bilbao is actually very small, so anywhere is ok)

The location is very convenient with bars and cafés nearby, and it's in a safe part of town with a good restaurant for breakfast.

For only two days in Bilbao location was excellent, only 10min walk from the train station, and at most 15 minutes walk from the city center and Guggheim! The wi-fi in the room worked perfectly !

The acoustics of the rooms is null ! Listen to the conversations and TV noise from other rooms, as if the walls were made of paper!

The central location of this nice basic hotel was a bonus, providing a tranquil and comfortable base for my stay.

The good lobby, the reasonable low price and the free wi-fi. The localization is good enough for a short visit to Bilbao (about 15 minutes walking from the guggenheim, through the main avenues and streets). The recepcionist on the check out was excelent.

A design hotel is not only some walls painted on yellow or green and some pictures on the other walls! The furniture is old and the disposition of the bedroom is awfull (no need to close the curtains, since the day light do not enter the room, and the bathroom is claustrofobic!)

It had nice clean rooms and the staff was helpfull. The bus stations was near and it was 15 minutes walk from the old city.

The location was not really safe for late walks.
